- The WhatsApp Appointment Booking is subject to the availability of the specialist (independent consultant).
- Telehealth appointments will be recorded. By booking an appointment, you consent to an Audio Video recording of your consultation.
- Same-day appointments cannot be guaranteed through WhatsApp
- You will receive a WhatsApp Appointment Booking confirmation within 1 working day upon your request.
- The WhatsApp Appointment Booking will be in English and Tamil languages only.
- The WhatsApp Appointment Booking is managed by the Hospital. It is to facilitate seamless appointment booking experience between the patient and the specialist.
