This concept is symbolized in the singular bird in red that is ahead of its flock - leading by example. the red bird leading ahead is shown in sharp contrast to the flock - exhibits dynamism. the blue indicates creative energy or "Kriyasakthi".

The rectangular blue block from which the leader has broken free symbolizes the barriers and hurdles it has to overcome to achieve success Teachers and Doctors are important pillars of our society.
