One authorised attendant may stay overnight with a general ward patient. For ICU patients, a 24-hour Attendant Lounge is available on the 2nd floor with comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, television and refreshment vending machines. Attendant night passes are issued at the Duty Manager's Office, Ground Floor.
To check on a patient's condition or speak with the treating doctor, call the ward nursing desk directly via 0422-4042121 and ask for the relevant ward. The duty nurse will connect you to the doctor on call. Doctor rounds are typically 9–11 AM and 5–7 PM.

General wards: 10 AM – 12 PM and 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM daily. Private rooms: flexible 9 AM – 8 PM with one resident attendant. ICU/CICU: 5–6 PM only with visitor pass. Emergency: 24×7.
ICU and CICU visits are restricted to 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM, one visitor per patient with a visitor pass issued at the nursing station. Children under 12 are not permitted in ICU areas.
