Patient Welfare Guidelines

We warmly welcome family and friends supporting our patients. To protect patient recovery and maintain infection-safe wards, please follow our visiting guidelines below.

Visiting Schedule

Ward-wise Visiting Timings

🏥 Ward Visiting Time

  • 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

🚑 ICU Visiting Time

  • 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM
  • 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM

📌 Important Notes

  • Only 2 attenders are allowed per patient during ICU visiting hours.
  • Visitors are not allowed for post-CABG patients.

✅ Visitor Guidelines

  • Wash or sanitise hands before and after entering patient area
  • Wear a mask (Mandatory if you have cold, cough, fever or any illness)
  • Children under 12 are not permitted in ICU, CICU, NICU zones and Isolation
  • Collect ICU visitor pass from the Reception during the admission
  • Keep mobile phones on silent mode in all clinical areas
  • Respect and follow the instructions of all hospital staff.
  • Smoking, alcohol, tobacco, and all other prohibited substances are strictly prohibited.
  • Follow the Hospital Rules and regulations

Patient Attender Guidelines

  • Inform nurses immediately if any changes in patients conditions
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.
  • Ensure that all patient belongings and valuables are kept safe and secure.
  • Do not bring outside food or medicines without the approval of the treating doctor.
  • Follow all discharge instructions provided by the hospital staff.

Overnight Attendants

One authorised attendant may stay overnight with a general ward patient. For ICU patients, a 24-hour Attendant Lounge is available on the 2nd floor with comfortable seating, Wi-Fi.attendent night passes are issued at the At reception during admission
