Wash or sanitise hands before and after entering patient area
Wear a mask — mandatory if you have cold, cough, fever or any illness
Children under 12 are not permitted in ICU, CICU, NICU zones and Isolation
Collect ICU visitor pass from the Reception during admission
Keep mobile phones on silent mode in all clinical areas
Respect and follow the instructions of all hospital staff
Smoking, alcohol, tobacco, and all prohibited substances are strictly not allowed
Follow the Hospital Rules and Regulations at all times

📋 Patient Attender Guidelines

Inform nurses immediately if any changes in patient’s condition
Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient
Ensure patient belongings and valuables are kept safe and secure
Do not bring outside food or medicines without the treating doctor’s approval
Follow all discharge instructions provided by the hospital staff

Overnight Attendants

One authorised attendant may stay overnight with a general ward patient. For ICU patients, a 24-hour Attendant Lounge is available on the 2nd floor with comfortable seating and Wi-Fi. Attendant night passes are issued at Reception during admission.
