  1. KG Hospital TeleHealth is an initiative by KG Hospital to provide continuous care to patients.
  2. TeleHealth appointments should not be used for emergency medical care.
  3. A TeleHealth consultation is not a replacement for an in-person consultation.
  4. By booking a TeleHealth appointment, the patient acknowledges the risks and limitations of virtual consultations and agrees not to hold the doctor or hospital liable.
  5. TeleHealth consultations may be audio and video recorded. By booking an appointment, you consent to this recording.
  6. Same-day appointments cannot be guaranteed.
  7. Appointments may be rescheduled based on consultant availability.
