Blood draw and urine sample collected. Ultrasound and X-ray follow. Breakfast provided in canteen. after drawing blood go for breakfast all tests start after that

How to Prepare

Important Instructions Before Your Visit

Follow these guidelines to ensure your full body checkup is as accurate and comfortable as possible.

    Company executives must bring a duly signed authorization letter from their employer.
  2. 2
    Come on an empty stomach. Do not consume food, tea, or coffee from 10:00 PM the night before your checkup.
  3. 3
    Women: Do not schedule on days of menses (periods). Pap Smear and Urine Routine cannot be performed during menstruation.
  4. 4
    Carry past medical records and current medications with you. If you are hypertensive or diabetic, continue taking your medications as usual. Please bring your glasses, dentures, current prescriptions etc
  5. 5
    Wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Avoid jewellery. If a Stress Test (TMT) is required, bring sports shoes.
  6. 6
    Compulsory: A blood relative must be available to provide consent for the TMT (Stress Test). Friends or neighbours are not permitted to sign the consent form.

    Bring an attendant with you. If ENT consultation is required, get ears cleaned of wax beforehand to avoid an extra visit.
